Giesecke+Devrient (G+D), a global leader in security technology, has named Hemlata Goel as Head of Human Resources for its India operations. Goel brings over 20 years of extensive HR experience, specializing in HR transformation, mergers and acquisitions, organizational effectiveness, and global shared services.
Before joining G+D, she served as Director of HR for Asia Operations at Whirlpool Corporation. Goel’s career spans several industries, including roles at Axtria-Ingenious Insights, SHL, WNS Global Services, and more. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Pune University and has completed a leadership program at Harvard Business Publishing.
In her new role, Goel will strengthen G+D’s HR strategies in India, supporting the company’s culture and business objectives. She expressed excitement about joining the company and emphasized her alignment with G+D’s values of integrity, innovation, excellence, and customer focus.
